THE STORY BEHIND THE SPIRIT
It’s all about comfort.
To us, pie means kindness, belonging and feeling at home. Our local orchards provide the goods, we add the spice and the fruit shines through.
After trying varieties aplenty, we found the most true flavor from the classic pie apples that hang onto tart even as they sweeten and soften.
This one is an ode to September.
